The Year of the Rabbit

Chinese New Year 2023 is the year of the Rabbit. We embraced the cultures of one of our students. We learned all about Chinese home customs for their New Year. Thank you to Leon and his mother for making the whole class Chinese dumplings. They were devoured. It is lovely to have first hand knowledge of different customs in the class. We also made Chinese lanterns.
